We are blessed indeed to see these. A body resto on a Sunbeam Stilleto, years ago you would be lucky to find a grainy vhs tape for something like a mini;  Practical Classics in print, and that was about it.  Totally love your videos lads.

This is one of the best sheet metal videos I have seen. Trying to explain to a customer how much time is required to do this sort of repair is nigh on impossible; this shows how much time, 3.5 days, it takes to do this part alone and it is only 20% of the way there.

(When it came back from blasting, I thought it looked like it was already in grey primer) - but then I realised that was just the bare metal! I know this old shell will look great when it’s done, but it’s just a shame we probably won’t get to see the complete finished car. 👌🇬🇧

Owen certainly knows his stuff and is a really good welder and fabricator.   Keep the great content coming, I watch every video you post so I can improve my own skills (which are way below everyone in the PCC team). Great work done properly...not bodged like on so many other channels.

Was into Imps about 25 years ago, had a mid 70's saloon, a Van and had a Californian coupe (kept that the longest) with a Sport engine, front mounted Fiesta rad, Fiesta front disc brakes, Monte Carlo springs, Spax shocks etc,  at one point that Californian was my only car. Always wanted a Sunbeam Imp Sport (saloon) with the four headlight front panel (which i think was an option on them). As much as i'm into Mini's (and have one now) the Imp was a better car in a lot of ways.

Great work as always guys. My best friend at school learned to drive in a Stiletto, it was his mum's car, great little car in its' day. Personal choice I know, but I would have had one before a mini, I really like them.

in the late 70's a friend and his dad had Stiletto's  both were turquoise metallic with black vinyl roofs and matching patches of P38 covered by slightly matt and almost colour matched aerosol paint;  I seem to remember that they were particularly fond of rusting aft of the rear wheel arch.  I never drove either of them but was often a passenger, I did however drive a number of Imp variety's and found them more fun than a mini being delicate and suiting my taste for neutral with mild oversteer when pushed rather than front biased handling.

Its great to see the skill and explanation of making repair panels. Exellent video as always. Keep them coming. 👍
