【Green Peppers with Bonito Flakes & Ponzu】

4 green peppers
1 packet bonito flakes
1 tbsp ponzu sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
White sesame seeds

Directions:
1. Slice the peppers into thin strips.
2. Microwave briefly in a covered heatproof container.
3. Toss with ponzu, sesame oil, and bonito flakes.
4. Finish with white sesame seeds.

【Yangnyeom-Style Chikuwa】

4 chikuwa fish cakes
2 tsp gochujang
2 tsp ketchup
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
White sesame seeds

Directions:
1. Slice the chikuwa diagonally.
2. Mix gochujang, ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil.
3. Add the chikuwa, coat evenly, and microwave briefly.
4. Finish with white sesame seeds.
