The employee work so hard like he owns the restaurant.

The pride and professionalism in the old man's eyes and attitude is incredible

He works with purpose and the confidence of experience. This is a man who simply gets things done, the world needs more of this.

This channel is so incredible.  The amount of work these people do on a daily basis is astounding.  I love how they are standing in like a foot of water 😂

Gyoza, fried rice and a beer! That’s all I need.

Mr Sayaki looks like he can close his eyes and do all his daily tasks without missing a beat.

I wish from the bottom of my heart that they prosper and stay happy. This is a genuine restaurant with genuine, hardworking people, serving genuinely good food and making others feel genuinely comfortable. All the best from Portugal! 🇵🇹

I was a top chef in many restaurants in nyc used to love working like this but I’m almost 50 now and I do sales. Mostly cause my body can’t do it anymore. I love watching it in this high caliber of efficiency. Thank you!

"What's wrong? Are you going to die from how good it is?"😂😂😂 love to eat with friends like that guy. Seemed very friendly too.

Very senior Canadian here who likes to cook.  Recipes from around the world.  This guy makes me dizzy.  All hail mate.

Japanese are known for their cleanliness in the kitchen, that's why it's such a joy to eat their well prepared delicious food

The Son appears cool, calm, and collected.

No wonder they make everything so much better than us, this guy works in a takeaway. Brilliant attitude.

The sheer passion, discipline, tradition that is experienced at these restaurants is unparalleled. I was in Japan during Jan & May this year.. to me, these are prime examples of the hidden gems that embellish Japan's cultural richness. You've captured this beautifully! ありがとうございます~

17:15 'Drinking heavily before noon' ... two small sips of beer 😂

Ueno is a very convenient place to stay in Tokyo.
Right by the Skyliner terminal, relatively cheap hotel, large variety of great food with reasonable price, and very near the Akihabara, if you are into nerdy stuff.
This video gave me more reason to visit Ueno again. Those fried rice looks super delicious.

Very hardworking and disciplined . Serving mankind. Bless him
