I love how the Justice of the Peace started off reciting the vows, like he was reading it and wanted to get it over (blah, blah, blah), realized how much it meant to them and how much in love they were with each other, so started reading the vows with a little more meaning. Great scene!
Paris Barclay was performing the ceremony. He's a TV director on shows like NYPD Blue, ER, The West Wing, CSI, Lost, The Shield, House, Sons of Anarchy, In Treatment and Glee.
It's been mentioned that the Justice of the Peace is the brilliant Paris Barclay, former President of the Directors Guild and director and producer of NYPD Blue, Station 19, Sons of Anarchy, Glee and so many more great shows. But I wanted to add that Barclay directed this episode.
I’m glad you found this one. This is a great scene. That being said, sadly it reminds you the end is near for Bobby. He was the best on NYPD BLUE. It was ok but never the same after he left.
