Paul and his wife had the love story of the century. It was very well known and publicized. She was the keyboardist in the band Wings. When she died of cancer in the 90's, it was heartbreaking and devastating for everyone who followed their love story.

That was the whole song. The video broke it in half with the little video. The uninterrupted song is fire!

BP: "It sounds like two songs...."

The song: "Hold my beer!"

Paul is a good man. Humble and kind and raised his family on a farm out of the limelight.

Paul McCartney is 100% rock star and 100% family man. He married the love of his life, Linda,  and they had beautiful children together. He was married to her until she died of breast cancer. This man has been making amazing music for us for 50 years. I love his music, and | have so much love and respect for him.

Thru out their marriage until she passed from breast cancer ,the only time paul and linda were separated  was when paul was arrested at a Japanese airport from bringing weed into the country. They were always together! ❤

Linda was truly Paul's "soulmate"

Uncle Albert/Admiral Halsey by Paul will always be a favorite of mine. As a kid growing up when this was released,  I loved singing as loud as I could in the back seat that song..."Hands across the water,!!!!!! Just great memories.

It's all one song from the start and it's three songs smashed together but it works soooooo gooood...

Yep. That was the whole song. 😁 I love the change-ups in this song, which are a signature style of many Beatles songs. 💙🎵💙

Fun fact: Paul wrote this song and for the studio version he sang lead and backing vocals, played bass, acoustic and electric guitars, electric and acoustic piano, synthesizer and drums.

First movement: Paul singing about being trapped in meetings. This was a common occurrence for the Beatles, particularly in later days. In the years immediately following their 1970 breakup, the four ex-Beatles had meeting after meeting about finalizing the breakup ... and they were still on the board of Apple (Records).
Second movement: Based on something that George Harrison reportedly said about those same meetings, "If I ever get out of here..." is a bridge to the main body of the song.
Third movement: The band that was trapped breaks loose and takes off. By the end, he proclaims that "they never will be found." They have escaped.
Paul used to show up randomly at clubs and play. He'd book them under phony names, and when the crowd got there, they'd see Paul and Wings. It was always a treat for the fans.

For many years, we would start our family vacation with this tune as we hit the highway. Yes!

McCartney is probably the greatest musical mind in the Rock’N’Roll era. So grateful I got to see him live. Will never forget that show or the beautiful music he has blessed upon the world. ❤️❤️

Just the fact that TWO musical geniuses met each other when they were 15 and 16 and the 15 year old was invited into the 16 year old's band (Paul invited to join John's band) with a third 14 year old who was also pretty amazing joining them is just mind-blowing. Then, the hired a drummer who was just made to play with them is further proof that stars aligned.

The whole song is Band on the Run. Paul's wife was a photographer who had no desire to be a musician, but he taught her to play keyboards because he wanted her in the band.

Dude. You have 70 years of great rock and roll to listen to. You could do 3 reactions a day for the rest of your life!

Oh man... another song from my 7th-grade days. We really didn't know how good we had it on so many levels, as 70's kids.

Paul McCartney is a musical genuis, great humanitarian, and brilliant animal rights advocate. Linda McCartney was such an incredible woman, brilliantly talented and a legendary animal saviour and vegetarian. She is forever missed ❤️

Mcartney is the GOAT

So many memories. You had to be there.
