After taking a course about American modernism, my perspective on some novels has changed. When you study some works, like Virginia Woolf's Mrs Dalloway, through modernist lenses, they make a lot of sense. Thanks to this class, I became obsessed with T.S. Eliot's The Waste Land and started to see many thematic similarities between Donna Tartt's The Secret History and Eliot's poem. For this reason, I decided to make this video comparing both works.
