Vorkuta has become one of the hubs of migration. In Soviet times, it was an important mining town; now, Vorkuta is one of the fastest-declining settlements in Russia. And there's certainly no shortage of housing there.

Dmitry Soshin went to Vorkuta to look for an apartment for the price of a smartphone and to find out whether the mining town has become the capital of Zoomers and IT professionals. And at the same time, we'll see how Vorkuta residents and those living in once-prestigious mining towns, now frequented by those who like to photograph abandoned buildings, live.
