Incidentally, locals aren't always happy about this influx of neighbors.
We went to Belarus, talked to people who had moved there, and found out whether it's true that it's several times cheaper there, that you can buy a house for fifteen dollars, and what the feeling of freedom is like there—not only online but also offline.
