I remember watching this great TV series back in 1973 in the UK. I used to be glued to the TV set and never missed a single episode. When the second series finished I thought more episodes would be on the way but sadly not. This is most definitely one TV series that could be remade I wish they would remake it for a new generation to enjoy just the way I enjoyed watching the original series in 1973 😊😊

I remember watching this as a kid growing up in the UK, it was also the very first thing I can remember watching when my Father got our first colour TV set in the early 70s..

I remember watching this show as a kid. When I got older this show is not the same when I got older

It deserves to be made into a movie.

I used to watch this every Sunday afternoon on Italian channels in the 1980's. It was a great show and one of my happiest childhood memories.

My brother and I loved watching this show! What incredible sets they had to create to simulate the giants on this planet!!

The best episode was the first series one where they come across a convict giant on the run, who picks up the Spindrift and uses it as collateral. The spacship ends up in quicksand. The giant does too. They then have to not only escape the quicksand but decide whether to help the convict out. Something remarkable happens at this point. Worth a watch.

oh my word - i am showing my age now - i loved this as a kid, i was born in 65 and was totally captivated by this - all these years later you still have to marvell at the sets and the editing when both giants and the Spindrift crew were seen together, very clever and almost believable - apart from the very silly giant hands - i often think this should be remade into a film series - any directors wanting to meet that challenge

One of my favourite shows as a kid.

As a kid in the late 60's early 70's, I found this show quite intriguing and it became a must watch. The characters and the story concept was quite good. Then it disappeared from TV and never returned. Pity
