A few of you asked for the link to Uplift so here it is! -- http://bit.ly/CrimeWeekly

Hi... Missy was one of my best friends in junior high and high school. Thank you for trying to find out as much as you could about her and trying to paint a picture of the wonderful person she was. I just want to add a little more so that other people can know just what a sweet, funny, and quirky person was taken from us. When I met her in junior high, she regularly wore five or six watches on one arm...just because. She loved the 60's and particularly The Monkees TV show (She was in love with Davy Jones). She actually had 60's/70's era polyester bell bottom pantsuits that she would wear to school in junior high which was social suicide in the 80's. At the time, I was embarrassed that she would wear them, but now, as an adult, I think she had to be one of the bravest kids in that school to just not care what anyone thought and wear what she liked. She had a great sense of humor. I was depressed a lot in high school and she could get me to laugh when I didn't think I could. We would get in the occasional argument, but we never stopped being friends. I went to college farther away than her and lost contact with her for a while. I came back home and, while in Arlington one day, decided to try to catch up with her. I just missed her at one of her jobs and left my number. She called me the next day. We talked and she told me about some difficulties she had with various guys and told me that i would be surprised to see her because she now dressed like a "roper" (in country western clothes). I would have loved to have gotten to see her in her roper clothes. But she died 4 days later. I was thankful I had gotten to talk with her when I did. I wish I could catch up with her now. I would love to see the woman she would've become. Miss you, Missy.

I graduated with Missy, we were in middle and High school at the same time. She was very smart, and always so sweet to everyone. I remember when this happened, we were from such a small town, these things only happened in big cities.. Heartbreaking.

What a sweet father Derrick must be to say that when his daughters move out on their own, that they had better call him every night just as Missy did with her mother ❤️

I really like that Derrick admits when he is unsure of a specific detail even though he is highly educated. 👌🏽

Derrick's "Noooooo" when Steph asks if you can go to another judge for a warrant 😂😂😂

Its such a different experience watching this vs listening to just the podcast. Seeing her photos and y'alls faces as you talk about gives it another level of depth to the case and also both of y'alls passion for making sure these stories are told with the most respect possible. TY both for all the work you both do!

I'm so glad you guys explained how they decide something is or isn't sexual assault! I've always wondered that myself, if only because the family is going to think about what happened to their daughter and adding sexual assault to the mix when there actually wasn't is just unnecessary additional grief ☹️ if I died and had sex that day I would hate it if my parents were told I was assaulted

I cannot express my excitement that I get to watch 2 different cases by Stephanie this week. Crime Weekly is the best thing to happen since Stephanie herself.

Derrick I really have respect for a highly educated man that can be open minded and listen to others who question you. Stephanie and Derrick are a perfect podcast mix of true crime. A true crime cocktail 🍹

"I'd probably just keep driving, Derrick" hahahahaha

As a 19-year-old Christian girl who recently moved out of her families home and is also working two jobs (definitely not as hard of a  worker as this young lady was) it’s very sad and scary to think about her case and story you guys are doing a wonderful job telling her story already though really happy you’re on YouTube now AND Off-topic but Stephanie has my dream smile

Can’t wait for this channel to blow up and get sponsorships!

I literally just said out loud “yesssss a new video just uploaded!” And my 9 year old daughter said “from who, Stephanie?” 🤣🤣 Even she knows! Sorry Derrick, I’m sure she’ll know your name soon enough too 😂

Literally clicked "like" before hearing the first word. There was no doubt it would be great, and I was not left lacking! Such AMAZING content!

CASE RECOMMENDATION: Please look into the Cosmo Dinardo case. It was one of the most sick and twisted cases that sticks with me. He at the time was 20 years old and killed 4 other young men on his family’s farm over the course of a few days.

I absolutely love the chemistry between you two, this is an exceptional true crime podcast (my favorite in fact). Derrick is a genuine, solid, honest, intelligent man... I find his personality so refreshing and Stephanie, whom I've watched for years now is just all those things as well (except the man part) which is why I adore her so much. Thank you for all the work you two put into these cases and bringing them to us. The value in listening to these kinds of dark subjects is so much greater than how hard they may be to hear. You learn so much and as sad as it is, it reminds you not to forget to keep your eyes open. Know your surroundings. Know the ppl in your circle. Thank you Steph and Derrick... You are so appreciated 🐾❤️

I absolutely love this podcast - it's so interesting. I've been watching Stephanie for a long time & I'm really enjoying the interaction & discussions between you two. I'm so happy it's on YT now! Thanks, Stephanie & Derrick 💕

Derrick's face when Stephanie told him the name of her people is gold.

I would love to hear how you and Derrick met and how this podcast came to be.
