JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – Tifa's attorney, Abdullah Alkatiri, and the Public Prosecutor (Public Prosecutor) exchanged objections during the follow-up hearing of the alleged slander and defamation case related to the diploma of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, at the East Jakarta District Court (PN Jaktim) on Thursday (October 8, 2026).
"The panel's objections were there. He stated that he was present as a witness to the panel so that he would not be intimidated or pressured by the panel," the Public Prosecutor argued when Tifa's attorney questioned the witness, Andi Kurniawan.
"We are investigating the material, we are seeking the material truth," replied Tifa's attorney, Abdullah Alkatiri.
