JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TV – The defendant, Tifauzia Tyassuma, and the public prosecutor (Public Prosecutor) briefly argued during the trial for alleged slander and defamation related to the diploma case of the 7th President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, at the East Jakarta District Court (PN Jaktim), on Thursday (October 8, 2026).
The incident occurred when Tifa questioned the witness, Wicandres, presented by the public prosecutor.
Presiding Judge, Christina Endarwati, intervened and suspended the hearing.
"Go ahead and argue, I've already suspended you. If you want to argue outside the courtroom, go ahead," said Presiding Judge Christina.
"If you argue here, I'll remove you from the courtroom," she continued.
