I love mysteries and comedy, and this series has been a good blend of both. Great character writing, too. Chris Evans always has fun playing the a-h characters and it really shows in Knives Out.

Truly my favorite"who-dun-it" film series!

Can we mention that he used “Jeremy renners” hot sauce as fake blood.

And ironically Jeremy Renner is in the sequal.

Knives Out is still my favorite. Rewatch it yearly. 🔪🗡 In part bc of Martha's and Blancs scenes and his kindness towards her. The whole cast was great imo.

Thank you for calling it a “Benoit Blanc” mystery, and not a “Knives Out” mystery. The following two movies have zero to do with “Knives Out.” 🤗

the knives out movies have both been a hit for me !!!! can’t wait to see what the cooked up for the 3rd

What I like about these movies is that the final reveal is never quite what you think. It's not just "I know who the murderer is" it's a little different. In the first one the big reveal is "you are not the murder" and the second one it's "this guy's an idiot." Of course the murderer is still revealed. But that's almost like a secondary thing by the time it happens. It's actually really clever.

something about the casual way Doug asked about school debt (2:42) made me spit out my tea for some reason! :D

You really don't have need to seen the first one to get the second and I'm sure the third one is like that as well. They are all self contained stories

Funny thing is none of these Knives Out! movies references the other. When Benoit shows up people only remember him for solving something that never was shown in the other movies and all were different. You can watch them all in any order.

Second one fell off a bit but man these movies are great! Can’t wait for the third one

I really wish you'll dive into the countless Lord of the rings references in Wake up dead man when you do a video on that movie.
There were so many but I really don't understand why.
