I dont know who edited this video but they need to do better.

Terrible piece mixing Farah Fawcett with Cheryl Ladd multiple times.

The "Charlie's Angels" clips for Farah Fawcett are all of Cheryl Ladd.

This is a bogus list!

According to multiple Tonight Show staff members…But it wasn’t The Tonight Show. (Regarding Sean Penn)

The Joaquin Phoenix situation was not completely without Dave's permission and knowledge is how I heard it.  Dave was made aware that Joaquin was going to be doing a bit (of some sort) and so, Dave's being a cutting edge and quirky show and that actually being its hallmark would suggest that Dave's attitude was not antagonistic.  Phoenix has since said he was deeply sorry and regretful for his sort of performance art but it actually was shocking and has aged well I'd say.  Dave hit him with the great rejoinder in the end saying something like, "Thank you so much.  I'm sorry you couldn't be with us tonight, Joaquin"

“Spicolli, what are you doing?”  “Ha, ha!  Having some pizza and studying history!”

I heard David Letterman say that he knew about it before Joaquin came on.

I take it thag Stepen Colbert was a production assistant for Letterman. His picture always appeared when "Production Assistant" was mentioned.

Well then Drew Barrymore must be his favorite guest since she gave him a desktop dance 😂😂😂😂

This is rich! David Letterman has long been known by those who work behind the scenes as one of the biggest A**holes in the entertainment history. And he remains so to this day.

Shirley MacLaine would “criticize people for their negative energy”?  Thank God she never met me.  (I went to high school with a guy who was kind of like Crispin Glover.  The guy went through this weird “Bruce Lee phase” where he’d show his so-called “karate moves.”  But he’d swing at you and kick at you, almost hitting you in the face, like David Letterman had happen here.)

🤣 Dave was in on the Joaquin Phoenix thing, so that's B.S. 🤣 and they keep cutting an image of Steven Colbert every time the narration says "Late Show Producer"

But Glover DID come back again. A long time later, but he did. More importantly, you forgot Andy Rooney

Harmony Corrine. He was insufferable. Harvey Pekar prolly annoyed Dave too.

Cussack is another actor that is strange and quixotic behavior.

The truly sad thing here is that the channel staff likely already know that they are showing Cheryl Ladd when discussing Farrah Fawcett and are actually doing this to get a rise out of people. Sad really --- but in the end --- whatever gets you through the night.

No surprises at all. Each person mentioned is exactly what I would’ve expected from them.

He never invited dice clay on the show.

Yes some were genuine assholes but,....evil?!? Also seems  like Paris Hilton was ambushed!
