I just wanted to address two things. Most if not all things in this video have things purposefully left out to aid understanding. Secondly, please excuse my wording here 2:47 "blinded by the jade light" This does not mean literally blinded it means instantaneous vaporization. Turning victims into "mist and gore". Blinding is just the way warframe describes it often times and the latter does not fit the inviting nature of this video. 😂😂Thank you!!!!

Last time someone attempted to explain warframe lore it was a 6 hour video

"My Warframe is strong 😐"

Can We Talk about rel for a sec? I mean hes an autistic Boy who got bullied and when the zarimsn incident happend he knew what happend and killed his insane mother who helped him all his life. After that he sealed the indifference away to protect everyone. My Boy is a hero

Oh I would definitely love to revisit the old war and the frames creation like we are doing with the old peace... Imagine seeing the Orokin empire.. imagine seeing those feral Frames in action... New operations.. The true War..

Fantastic but Rell aint sacrifice himself to not get mentioned 😭

The Wally reveal at 7:47 will probably slap even harder with the cosmetics updates for the Operator. Genuinely might be worth a replay just to see

This is a pretty good summary overall. Although, some small details could have been mentioned like how the Zariman was the Orokin attempting to use a void jump to send Settlers to Tau in order to colonize it, with its inhabitants also conveniently being the best and brightest among those the Orokin Empire would be glad to get rid of due to dissent and overpopulation. That and the Man in the Wall being Indifference, with the Drifter hinting its true nature and goal being to drown everything in indifference in one POM-2 conversation while frequently encouraging the Hex to not discard the feelings, both good and bad, that make them human because that is what it wants apparently. Honestly, I can't wait to see the Operator get more characterization.

Really good summary, covers everything effectively and quickly. However it’s important to understand that the drifter was the one who cut the deal with the indifference (the man in the wall) Not the operator

Edit: upon looking into some things to make sure I’m correct, I found I was not correct, they both shake, rather drifters deal was different the man in wall saved everyone on the zairmon expect the drifter. Also to add I think the man in walls deal with the operator and drifter was changing how the universe works, I believe it conduinsed everything into two universes one where the operator is saved and one where he isn’t. Therefore getting rid of eternlism
Sorry for the first comment and it’s incorrectness

The dwindling resources schtick in regards to an entire solar system is ridiculous. The Orokin were well on their way to becoming a Type II civilization. What they did realize--and I think Roethe comments on this in one of his reveal vids--is that stars do run out of hydrogen and then really drastic things happen to whatever system you're living in. This is a problem for immortals, hence the interest in colonizing Tau, a presumably younger star system. The Orokin were also right bastards and the Sentients understandably didn't want them in the system they now called home.

From what I understand, the weakness to the void the Orokin designed into the Sentients was supposed to outright kill them if exposed. It was the sentient's amazing adaptation abilities that allowed them to traverse the void with only sterility as a side effect instead of outright death. The idea was they'd travel to Tau and then they'd be stuck there and completely unable to come back without killing themselves in the process just in case they decided to turn on the Orokin. Honestly putting the flaw in was a shocking amount of foresight for the Orokin considering how many times their creations turned on them "unexpectedly" even if it still wasn't sufficient to stop the sentients.

The omissions make everything so much clearer and make this such a great point to dive deeper into everything. Best overview I've seen so far, thanks so much

As someone who hasn't played the game since the old war quest came out, and didn't even understand it then, this is a very helpful refresher for me as I get back into the game.

4:56 - considering what Lotus says during Lephantis mission, I'd assume the Tenno have slept for about 1000 years.

This is the perfect weapon to get my friends to start playing

Even in the first minute I get lost, this is more complex than rocket science

I've been playing Warframe since 2019...
Finally a video made almost everything clear to me
Thank a lot bro💗💗💗

Worth noting that The Duviri Paradox, where the drifter is stuck, is a selection of orokin children's stories, used to help the tenno children regulate their emotions

They did not blind her with the jade light. She lost her eyes because a tenno could not control her powers and blinded her.

"You are called Tenno..."
"At University of Phoenix!"

Gotta love YouTube commercials.
