I always thought the PFF rankings were just a neat little stat or something. I had no idea they were literally being used in contract negotiations. That’s wild.

Bro, you were my gateway drug into NFL YouTube. Don't tease me with that 10 days announcement.

Its a good year when set the edge posts

I like them when it says my team  is good and realize it’s unscientific garbage when they’re bad.

14:47 bro lied 😭😭😭😭😭

PFF had Darnold at like a 65 for the NFC championship game.
LOL

The PFF NFL Show used to do a segment called “explain grade” where they’d break down what contributed to some of the more controversial grades.

My biggest what-if when it comes to PFF is how they would grade Polamalu, who you never knew what the hell he was supposed to be doing on a given play, because he just kinda did whatever felt right. The fact that it worked is such an anomaly that you'd need to grade him differently or else he would just be a big ? by PFF metrics.

God please let the new video every 10 days thing be true! This channel is one of the best football channels period!

Every 10 days???? Bro I been here 7 years I can’t wait. Thanks for being such a relaxing YouTuber to watch

Edging my set to this

How dare i have the audacity to go to bed with this in my notification bar.

"How to watch football without having fun."

I just remember back in 2020 when Devin White, the Buccaneers linebacker, was having a dominant season. He was all over the field, making big plays constantly. He made second team all pro, but his PFF grade was always only like 40. PFF hated him for whatever reason

PFF is like gear score for football

@7:27 Nah, Nnadi earned that. 100% believe he was the worst interior defensive lineman in the league.

I’ve seen those PFF grades on Sunday Night Football for as long as I can remember and I always thought they were just randomly generated numbers

I went to PFF Changs & they took a detailed report of every time I cut into my spare ribs, then noted the volume of drink I gulped afterwards.

Going into the year the single most predictive stat for how good an offense is going to be, is the QBs PFF grade from the year before. No other single stat from the year before is as predictive. Its not a perfect system, and I don't always agree with PFFs assessments, but it does a damn good job at what it's trying to do.

1:09 "Half the players just leave the frame immediately and you have no idea.....oh holy crap!"🤣
