Another great video Alexander! I had exactly the same issue with the manifold gaskets when I removed the manifold. I thought one of them had fallen inside the engine, but it turned out that whoever had worked on the manifold before me had simply forgotten to install 3 of the gaskets. And funny enough, it was a “reputable” garage, as I even had the invoice from the previous owner.

Anyway, huge respect for the video production! I’ve recorded a lot of my own work as well, but I’ve never had enough motivation to actually put it all together. It definitely takes a lot of time and effort.

Hi, is it easy to get hold of ISTA from a seller? Not having much success in finding it online.

If this car is a cat B it is classed as a break only car for spares so why would you even contemplate repairing this car it can no way go back on the road it must be broken for spares I have seen quite a few mint cars over the years classified as break only and it’s normally because they have suffered some sort of flood damage unless you know something we don’t know this car might pass an mot but you won’t be able to tax it
