I’m honestly not trying to put people off getting into the car trade 😂
It’s a great trade to be in, if you’re considering it go for it. We just naturally highlight all of the dramas/headaches for content.

Jesus fucking Christ, that BT phone call stressed me right out, I was just about to skip forward to save me throwing my phone against the wall 😂😂😂.

That phone call with BT made me want to go watch some old episodes of Phone Jacker 😂
“Faster internet providings better than your current internet providings” 😂😂

You’re a better man than me for staying so calm with the BT customer service

I used to work for BT calv, always say you’re thinking of leaving when you have an issue. You’ll get through to the retentions team in the uk, and they will help you with anything in order to keep you as a customer! Might even lower your monthly payments to keep you!

That's not customer service. Literally you got the run around.

Sorry for your loss Calvin and thank you for being there when I lost my partner x

I used to work for customer services in one of the other telecom companies, but seeing how they dealt with you is absolutely crazy not to be able to just tell you what the bill is and to just tell you to email it in so they can get you off the phone is crazy

RIP Jim, sounds like a great genuine bloke.

Calvin getting that classic BT service we've all experienced at some point in our lives.

That BT call had me frustrated for you - a phone company not being able to deal with a problem over the phone! 🤷🏻‍♂️
Ask to speak to a manager, then I'd be changing provider's

You handled the situation  very professionally , put it behind you  and crack on

Love this style of video Calvin👏🏻

Calv , get rid of BT ! We did  !

The customer support in the uk is ridiculous, we have a small business and have gone through ownership change, we had this exact fiasco with everyone...internet, water service, telephone, electic everything... Handed over to 3 different people for them to (in the same accent each and everytime) say to send an email, you send an email they call or email back, but your point never gets through, so you have to call again and its someone else who has no idea whats going on and it repeats... Its infuriating, we have been trying to change the name on a account for our water bill for 4 months.. Something that should take 10 minutes on a call, turned into 10 phone calls, 20 emails and hours on hours wasted.. Its a ddisgrace because these companies arent charhing small amount of money and their whole business is built on custommer support

Problem is no companies have calls centres in uk and its a total nightmare to get anything sorted.  They just dont care in there call places and there rude as hell

Great video, Jim sounds like a top bloke, the world needs more people like him and we all need a neighbour like him, RIP Jim

BT are the worst, sacked them off after issues with landline bills years ago , you go round and round in circles and nothing ever gets sorted

I get how annoying it is when you’re on hold, I worked in a callcentre for 5 years and you’re told to refresh customers and tell them you’re still on hold waiting, it is unproductive but the companies want this, the people working at bt 100% get abuse for doing this and get it from customers over holds but the customers do not understand you’re told to do this, some departments only want email, some only want phone calls, it’s horrible.

I stumbled across this channel by mistake and im glad I did im hooked Calvin what a top guy.
