I animated most of it in 128x72, then blowed it up to 1080p.(first couple of shots were the oldest, and use somewhat random resolutions)
The backgrounds were stitched together and shifted screenshots of a map I had made specificly for animations in GZdoom builder.

The hellknight was suprisingly more difficult to draw them both doomguys combine(since it has a more visible musculature and has a couple more lighting layers).

I kinda want this to be a series now, just two marines going through the campaign

Edit: Welp, it turns out my wish was granted :D

This has put a smile on my face. So much better than the last two Doom films we've had.

I love the way the Hell Knight gets his hand and horn severed throughout the fight, it adds a great layer of depth to it that you (sadly) can't really get in the actual game, even with mods.
Also love how the blue Doomguy's helmet gets broken, so you can see his face after he puts it back on. Reminds me of how the newer games show you his reflection when you get a powerup.
Very great job, love your animations!

i love how greenguy give a stimpack to his friend, nice bros

The animation's absolutely flawless and dynamic, as well i love this pixel artstyle enhancing vanilla doom mood. Nice work!

Original Doom:
You go first!. NO YOU! NO YOU I DONT WANT TO DIE!
Doom eternal:
I GO FIRST. NO I. NO I.

I think at the end that the eyes behind the broken visor was really good and expressive.

Really hoping we get more of these two, they say so nothing at all yet still have a visible dynamic.

I really like the upscaled DOOM audio. And more DOOM guy face.

Glorious, the aesthetic is on point and the animation is solid. It is beautiful.

So nostalgic, there was indeed a lot of punching in co-op.

This is getting out of Hand, now there are two of them!

0:43 Killing big enemies would be so much easier if you could take off one limb at a time

I actually think we may have found truly the MOST underrated animator on Youtube. . Or atleast like one in the top 10 most underrated.

I LOVE THIS HOLY SHIT. Please make moreee. I LOVE YOUR STYLE AND HUMOUR. Fits with og doom so well

Just two dudes being bros.

I fcking love this.

This is much higher quality than I expected it at first glance. Good thing I scrolled back and checked it out, it really made my day! 😊

Its a funny nod that the doom guy only uses one fist like ingame
