I’m a white American who’s been addicted to opioids for almost 30 years now. Drug addiction is a raceless, classless, ageless, geographicless, etc., disease that does not discriminate. I pray for us all. 🙏🏻

I wanted to know what this drug was so I looked it up and its tramadol. As a still struggling fent/heroin/coke user its like a Tylenol to me. I'm blown away how bad its got them.

19:53 this guy just gave you the whole reason why drugs are rampant in Ghana today. When people don’t have jobs and poverty is widespread you either get high crime rates or high drug use. Sometimes you get both.
