Good to finally see some love for Fresh Meat, criminally underrated 👍

Fresh meat on E4 after 12 while stoned out my fucking brains as a teenager was peak

My self control is awful, I think I've rewatched the series 3 times this year

gutted we never got a fresh meat film

As an Aussie who grew up in inbetweeners and Peepshow - this was another show that really gave me nostalgia for a country I’ve never even been to

This show is so good! I have to hold back from re-watching it too often as well

Remember watching this when I was younger. I remember how excited I was when I saw some random advert for the follow up seasons each year. Always felt like they didn’t push it enough

One of my all time favourites

"JUMANGI" has to be the funniest moment for me.

Its always been a showrunner on Netflix. I think it's popular, its just that no one's brave enough to publicly claim it. Its like saying you like Indie poo or something. But we love it

Fresh Meat is now available on youtube!

I'm a fan of Fresh Meat. I've seen all 4 series. I fancy Kimberley Nixon. She's beautiful and a great actress.

What a great series!

Can't believe Fresh meat went through 4 series and never got its flowers! I think one of the reasons it never exactly gain mainstream popularity was it was very subversive of the usual uni experience or the one most people aspire to, none of them were trendy or cool and every artistic input aligned with that right down to the pub they drank in or the music that played over the credits, if it had been more generic C4 might have been able to market it easier but it wouldn't have been as brilliant as it was.
It was off beat character examination comedy and I loved it for what it was, I was actually at uni when this aired and I related to this show about stumbling your way through early adulthood in embarrassing fashion more than any shows of its kind 👍

I feel like Kingsley is the perfect continuation of Simon’s journey, my head cannon is that Simon is out of his depth at Uni 😂

I had to stop watching fresh meat’s last season when it aired. I was in third year of uni at the time and the theme of the existential dread of growing up was so accurate 😂

Absolutely love Fresh Meat. I’m currently in the middle of a rewatch. Difficult to choose a favourite character, but for me, it has to be Vod. I can’t think of any good reasons to like her, but I just can’t help it.

I like how they gave each character some depth as the show went on; JP's relationship with his parents, Kingsley never being upfront with his feelings or true intentions and hurting people in the process.

I feel this is begging for a reunion series or a one-off special, but it may be difficult given Jesse Armstrong's ongoing success in American TV.

So glad someone on YouTube is finally showing some love to fresh meat criminally underrated

I only went to University because fresh meat made it look like fun! Dropped out after a year though hehe
