"No harm was done, ser. Rise." Bro.... what a king he would've been.

Maekar’s reaction to Dunk glazing his brother 😂

“Your grace” has never been more deserving than baelor breakspear

It tickles me that Maekar laughs when Duncan say 7 lances. And then when Duncan calls Baelor the soul of chivalry Maekar say, " ugh" and rolls his eyes. Thats brotherly love.

The guy playing Barlor is one hell of an actor.

Baelor Targaryen. His every scene, his every word and gesture...perfection. He sees a ragged individual and treats him with utmost respect. Even though is set to inherit the most powerful realm in the world. He is kind, humble, respectful and honest.

Man mentioned “Dondarrion” and that gets Baelor’s attention fast. “I heard my wife’s surname. I gotta listen to this.” Lol.

“Do not think ill of your old master but it was 4 lances only”

Dunk: "I trust they will not be found dead."

Maekar: WTF do you mean by that? Who talks like that? Seriously, WTF?!

3:17 Maekar was so dumbfounded that he didn't know whether to be angry or amazed at how astonishingly clueless and stupid Dunc is.

Baelor and Maekar stole this
Scene. But not enough people are talkimg about the game master's expressions. They really added to the hilarity of this.

As wise as a serpent, as humble as a lamb. The ideal ruler.

My favorite part is when Baelor ask master of the game to make a decision about signing Duncan. He didn't command him to do it, he doesn't want to overrule his authority, he doesn't act like absolute ruler. He respects the structure of power and despite being a prince, he simply express his opinion instead giving commands.

It amazes me how GRRM can write a character THIS GOOD in like 4 scenes and Bertie absolutely crushed it

When Duncan corrected him, "It was seven", it was such a huge transgression. Almost the same as accusing Baelor of lying. But he was so gracious about it, even gave him an out.

Maintaining an air of nobility without coming off as arrogant is a difficult line to toe, which Baelor did perfectly. No wonder he's so beloved.
