Ex-officer Kelsey Fitzsimmons took the stand on Wednesday and recalled the events that happened on June 30th, 2025. Fitzsimmons was shot by fellow officer Pat Noonan after he and other officers were serving a restraining order from her fiancé. The former officer claimed that she was not trying to shoot officer Noonan at that moment.

This woman recently had a baby, hormones all over the place trying to cope. The fiancé was using any $$ he had on drugs not assisting with expenses or being a father & partner. Anyone would get frustrated with his behaviour. He wanted out but decided to lie & get custody. In one day her world fell apart. Doing herself in was a tragic option. She has a second chance now, hopefully she'll get her baby back

If they were removing a child, why wasn't CPS there? I've never heard of the cops having the other person arrive when they're serving a restraining order. This whole thing seems screwy.

Everyone should be ashamed of themselves.... the dad...the officers....the previous judge. This is enough to break anyone. I pray she gets her son and rebuilds her life back 🙏 💙

Noonan is a disgrace to his badge. It's easier to throw a young woman and mother under the bus than to admit he was wrong. What a disgrace!!!! Shame on him and ALL his superiors. They all covered for him. No-one had her back.
Sue them all.
Lock that sorry excuse of a fiancé up with his friends for breaking and entering and theft and destroying her property. Let them all lose their jobs. And last but not least.....the fiancé's sister....have her locked up for making a false statement to get that restraining order and for almost being killed. She started all this with her brother. Then the lady judge investigated.. something is up with her.

He did have the balls to break up with her so he takes a short cut to get custody behind her back using domestic violence. She’s just had her baby 4 months before this it’s totally reasonable to believe she became suicidal. You have postpartum depression and the father accuse you of being capable of shooter her baby and finding out he was breaking up with you. I believe her.

She should sue...no way should any judge have granted the order to take her son, the fiance is a piece of work...a monster...and those cops need suing
