You all may enjoy Insólito Tequila - it was founded by the country band Midland & is made at a good distillery.  Bourbon drinkers in particular may enjoy it because it has a lot of barrel influence.  The reposado is aged in new American White Oak barrels (2.5 level char) for 6-10 months & the añejo is aged in new American White Oak barrels (2.5 level char) for 18-24 months.  Both aged expressions have a lot of caramel, vanilla, baking spices, & dark chocolate.

The Brothers Bond guys were in "Vampire Diaries," not "Supernatural."  The bourbon is fine - it isn't really very good/great.

The person who actually developed Sir Davis is Dr. Bill Lumsden, a renowned scotch master distiller & blender with degrees in biochemistry & cell biology at the University of Glasgow & a PhD in fermentation science.
