The day is always brighter when there's a Slim video.

Hey, Slim. I gotta' admit that I was very disappointed when you announced that you were, pretty much, hanging up your YT videos. I was really going to miss them each week. Now that you're going to do diy projects, I couldn't be happier. Yes, I'll miss the camper related stuff but at least you'll still be releasing vids now and then. I think I'll say what most of your subscribers say: We love ya', man! That's why we get so happy when you let out a new video. And, we don't care what it's about. Thanks!

Any day with a video from Slim is a good day.

As a 75 yr old that has been following for yrs. I really like the new Slim...

It is good that you will remain with us. Everything you have done was thoughtful and honest. A rare thing in the net. Stay safe!

The table and window framing looks great, suits the cabin.

Just remembering back to when you first walked around the cabin.  A LOT of loving care has gone into that building.  You've made it something VERY special.  🌳 🏡 🌲 🦌
Thank you for continuing to share your magic.  One of You Tube's finest.  🙏

Slim, I love your DIY so you don’t have to just do travel videos to keep me happy! Love all you do! Happy Spring to you! ❤️

Really enjoying your cabin videos, Slim.

Slim you’re like an old friend I visit from time to time. I really like seeing you once a week but this way it’s like when I do see you on YouTube. I have a good visit with you. Glad to see you back regardless.

I’ve just turned 74 and ran across a Slim video. Lost my brother in Sept 2021 and he and his wife, me and my now 89 yo husband had been camping together for years. It wasn’t the same after his loss, hubby has dementia so it was time to sell the camper in 2022. Watched you navigate Hurricane Fiona and have binge watched your cabin videos. You are AMAZING with all you’ve accomplished!  We had built (pd someone to build) a 31’ long, 13’ high cover for our camper that my husband had cluttered with stuff and watching what you accomplished in your cabin build and the stairway to the lake…well, I have been working on clearing out the area, our son helped me put together a small shed for my fertilizer, potting soils, tomato cages, tools for gardening…bought pressure treated wood for the shed (as the area is gravel) and a second sheet of wood for my vertical gardens. I now have a beautiful sitting area, lots of flower pots, the small Japanese Maple trees my other son gave me…we live in a neighborhood so now we have an outdoor oasis to enjoy our backyard. Can’t have a fire pit, but I can add a propane fire pit if I want to. So thank you for giving me the desire to get out there and do something creative. No power tools, not that industrious LOL. But I love my vertical gardening and I can really enjoy it better! God Bless!

Slim, I’m so glad you posted a video! A lot of us out here really need a distraction and reprieve from our stress… Thank you for being a kind and calm Canadian!

Nothing sadder than an excellent Slim video coming to an end.  Thanks for the update.

Slim, your video made me feel so peaceful. I needed it personally. Thank you.

It was great to see a new video today. I sure miss seeing them on a regular basis and the calmness they bring. Until next time....
