It's that time of year where I make a ridiculously ambitious to do list, and try and finish it all before winter arrives...
😅

Quarter of a million subscribers!?! I remember when there were 3,000 of us. So pleased!

The pecking order can be brutal.  They will settle in soon enough.  If you notice one hen in particular is doing most of the bullying, seperate that hen from the flock for 3 full days and nights, make sure she can see the other hens and vice versa whilst doing so.  We've to manage a bully or two in the past, we have an extra large dog crate that we pop in the run and isolate the bullies in there...we call it Kentucky Fried Row.

Jude, I am a senior citizen woman living outside of Seattle Washington in the United States. I recently retired and found your channel you bring joy to my life. Thank you for your courage your ingenuity, your caring spirit. I appreciate what you do.💙

When my dad died, we split all his tools up. And my brother made each one of us girls toolkit, with proper tools in it. And then I got a bucket of bolts, which eighteen years later, I still go through and find things I can use all the time!

Sven is having the time of his life. He looks so happy! And you are doing great jobs! Getting stronger and more experienced as you go along. Be proud of yourself!

It just isn’t Sunday without a video from Jude.  You are such an inspiration to me and probably everyone who watches.

❤❤❤Dear Jude, obviously lots of lovely people are enjoying your content. What a wonderful gathering of like-minded people you’ve created. Please stay safe, healthy and joyful, and be very proud of yourself. You’ve achieved not only so much for yourself, your wonderful boy Sven and the chicks, but also so much for all of us. Big hugs to you all, and especially to those who are in need. ❤️❤❤

Love how you always find time to give Sven a cuddle no matter how busy you are. ❤❤❤ Well done ticking the jobs off. Seriously impressed. Congrats on 250k followers. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

My favorite thing about this video was watching you fix that window! The thought of it being water tight was so satisfying  after seeing how rotten the wood had become...and it's  not even my window! I guess I'm just happy you were able to fix it!😁

There is this wonderful saying by Karl Valentin, a poet, actor, director and Comedian. (1882-1948) "I am happy when it's raining, because when I'm not happy, it's raining anyway" ❤😊

Such an easy, interesting person to watch. Drama free, different, varied entertainment. I always tick the thumbs up before watching and always will 😊

Jude, I love your  never give up attitude! Such a great guy. 🍁🍂🍁

Your parents would be so proud of your resourcefulness and accomplishments.❤

Something I learned from US antique car owners  for mice- find the strongest smelling dryer sheets you can and put them in areas you don’t want mice. Drawers, corners, behind things. It’s how antique car owners keep mice out of cars when in winter storage.

I do love your beautiful neighbors who were peeking over the fence as you cleared the bank of grass!! So sweet!! ❤

Thank you for sharing your life Jude. You keep on keeping on my man ❤❤  from Michigan USA

Congratulations on all the subbies Jude.  I hope this will add up and pay for some of those renovations that we are all dreaming of for your sake.  Love you and keep them coming.  🥰

Hey Jude! We’ve been checking for your video to show up for an hour! We love listening to you on Sundays. My husband who was a house builder and is a very handyman, always comments that you need to build a pair of sawhorses so that you are standing up nice and straight when you work instead of being on the ground. And it’s not good for your blades to dig into the gravel or dirt. They’re very simple to put together. And if you need a quick table, you just can slap on a piece of that OSB that you have. We don’t want you to have spinal issues like we did as we got older!

Hello Jude. Your first American grandma who adopted you here (4 years ago).
I’m a bit concerned about the guttering pipes. If they are indeed lead, rain water will eventually leach that lead into the water butts, which eventually ends up in your garden, the roots of your veggies and then you. Please get one tested for lead content. The paint isn’t that much less toxic either. Love you and always concerned about your well being. ❤ 🥰
