I'm sure to confuse many of my viewers here! This is Part III of a project I shelved long ago, only now seeing the light of day. In October 2019 I struggled with creating this continuation of my travels, and eventually I gave up. I just couldn't make it work, and was truly disappointed that I had missed many important locations to make it complete.
After searching thousands of video clips I'd taken over the years, I chained myself to the computer and gave it another go.

I sure do miss your videos, this kinda made me sad, seeing your old A-liner and thinking of all your wonderful adventures, they always had the best cinematography and were so informative, your calming voice, exceptional story telling abilities, made me feel I was right there with you. Hope you've been doing well and hopefully you have a wonderful and fulfilling 2026.

Being native of the Penobscot tribe in Maine, I love exploring, spending as much time in the woods of Maine camping from a small child to adulthood, I raised my kids and step children the same way, nature will talk to your heart, most people don't know how to Liston will all the distractions in the world, I'm getting old now and need people like slim to bring it back for me, so thank you slim keeping it real, growing up in a tarpaper shack on the reservation as a child, I'm reliving my youth as you fix up your modern day long house, enjoy your journey brother, ❤

No confusion here. My wife & I welcome the new video. Many of us for years have lived vicariously through your travels, equipment customization, testing, etc.

Your videos are so good. I would love more. But appreciate your need to balance how you spend your time so you can enjoy your retirement without work.

Consider this an attempt to encourage you to please continue your film projects as time allows. Our only expectation is that you continue to be true to yourself, and enjoy your retirement.

This is a great video for a new year its like Slim is still on the road out there somewhere watching over all of us under the night sky telling each and everyone of us it will be ok. I bet he could keep making these for years to come without every having to leave home again and be away from his family.
