When I was in high school in the 1970s, our auto shop classroom had a Crosley gearbox and differential that had "cut-aways" - used as instructional aids.
Fond memories. You do great work by both repairing, and sharing these videos.

The best video so far Chris! Others have already said how you made what was a big problem seem simple when you broke it down into bits. Loved seeing all the tools and machines put to good work in one video. I also thought about hardening. I dont charge friends for vintage watch fixing and restoration, it’s all part of the hobby. Another great vid Chris. Love old school engineering . That's the great thing about old engineering, it was designed to be fixed and not thrown away. It might have been an idea to make dimensioned sketches of those selector shafts for future reference. As usual great stuff Chris 👍
