After all the work to fit three massive SU carburettors to my 1940s American LaFrance V12, it's finally time to find out if the whole thing will actually work!
In this episode I finish the last jobs on the installation — completing the Kygass starting system, fettling all three carburettors, sorting out the throttle linkage and making new heat shields. Then everything gets assembled with new gaskets, the fuel system is checked and we roll the V12 outside for the moment of truth...
