I know how u feel I have not been on a date in a long time. I have been alone since 2005 and that’s a long time. Your videos are good keep up the good work. and FYI, holding your breath while working out is not good. You need to breathe through every single rib. That way you don’t get dizzy in my head didn’t pass out and making faces while working out doesn’t help either. It just makes it harder. I do hope that I can find love someday.

I just turned 20 a week before on 29 th September but you know in my solitary hostel life , I don't like enjoying or hang out with friends .
Even I don't have friends and I don't like socialising with others .

I have seen many of my roommates enjoying their days with others like moving on a trip outside the campus , performing various events and everything and that brings them joy .

Generally girls love enjoying their freedom and celebrating themselves with others , hanging out late at night .

But I being a girl don't love these things and I feel like confining myself to a single room with doors closed .

In my student life I am an introvert and for me relationships can only bring trouble and are complicated .

I have been away from my parents for a year now as living alone in a hostel room for engineering, but I have sensed that my attachments to my parents have long been faded and now every decisions I take is up to me to judge whether it is right or wrong .

Yeah I understand you joined your job 4 years back and in this sudden work life you have completely lost yourself .
But I wish you good luck on finding someone as your partner to support your opinions and bring happiness in your life .

I also sometimes fail to recognise my inner self and starts doubting myself whether my actions are right or whether I have been doing anything productive or not .
But I end up thinking much and that brings me anxiety so sometimes I just feel like to be myself and reflect my deeds .
