Dear Little Ting ... My wife and I have been watching your older sisters channel for quite awhile and enjoying them greatly. She told us about your channel and we have been watching it since the beginning. We really love it, also. Both you and your sister are so entertaining. It is cool to watch your reactions to various situations. It makes us realize that no matter how far people are from our spot in the world that they are exactly the same as us. We may look a little different but the reactions are the same. The expressions on the face, the way one tilts their head or holds their hand. It is the very same regardless of our spot on earth. These VLOGS show us this. I must also say that your family has done an excellent job of raising Ting and Little Ting. You both are beautiful and thoughtful girls and the way you handle yourselves in various situations is commendable. Your family is surely very proud of you. Ting please take zinc the first sign of sickness.   Vitamin C is very important for colds.  Also good chicken broth.   I don't know if you eat junk food, but it lowers your resistance to sickness.

Get well soon, Little Ting! Maybe it feels like you're getting sick a lot, but you just moved to a new place. There are many germs there that your body is not used to, so it's normal to get sick more often at first. This happened to me, too, when I first moved. Take good care of yourself, you're doing great!

Little Ting, I am glad you are feeling better! You need to make sure you are eating a proper diet to keep up your immune system, plenty of protein and not too much sugar, which is not good for your immunity. Studies take a lot of energy,  our brains need fat too to function properly,  and let's not forget about stress which is also a great depleter of our immune system.  I am not a doctor or nutritionist, just a mom of 71 who has learned a few things throughout the years 😅.
