One million kills is actually crazy. This may be the only popular challenge where maxing all skills is, by far, not the most tedious objective to complete.

If there was any metaphor for this challenge, it's standing on broken glass, repeatedly pulling the pieces out, and being excited about it.

I've actually watched a few of your videos before, and they're great!

Just to clarify a few things about the challenge: I actually have over 3,800 hours in this save alone. I locked my game to a stable version, so it no longer updates, which means Steam stopped tracking my playtime. The challenge started back in March 2025, and my character has now been alive for over a year and three months in real life.
From day one, I kept saying that the person who would win this challenge would be the one with the most discipline and the fewest mistakes. Staying alive for all these years makes this challenge a true test of endurance.

You have to deal with everything—not just the insane difficulty of the challenge itself, but also everything outside the game. And that's not even counting the potentially game-ending bugs that come with playing on an unstable version, where you can lose everything because of a single bug. And I was only about 60% through the challenge because I intentionally left the church objective until the end, since it was the easiest one.

Now I've completed it, and I'm at 96% completion of the entire challenge.

That said, this challenge became the best content I've ever made. Thanks to it, I've grown a lot as a content creator, and my channels have grown significantly across every platform.
It was a challenge that really brought the Project Zomboid community together, and I believe everyone who took part had a great time.

Your chickens do need a hutch to stay warm in the winter, and also you let their environment get filthy, as you didn't clean up the chicken droppings. Both of those things can lead to sick and/or dead chickens from what I have seen and read. I know this was a pain to run, but I am wanting to watch you live stream this, this challenge and see you enter those leaderboards!

This challenge is just project zomboid: Runescape edition

Grinding out to max out all of the skills, building materials and 1 million zombies killed would be about as fun as playing Runescape.

This is how I found out reading glasses actually helped reading time. As a user of slow reader in multiplayer saves this is gonna be huge

With how agonizing this challenge is, I'm amazed that they didn't just add sprinters into it.

I just watched almost 3h of a guy sitting in his lodge, fishing, tailoring and stepping on a shard glasses. Yeah, just like you say. Infinite ammount of content.

IDK if you're going to attempt this challenge again, but do note that the inventive trait greatly helps with recipes. It basically lets you learn recipes earlier eaither via research or just via auto-learn. It's not perfect but I think it's a must have in any runs that relies heavily on foraging.

The funfortunate bit about chickens... the ones you found were Leghorns, which I have heard characterized as 'edible hand grenades' by actual poultry farmers. They're kinda batshit insane at the best of times, and have a remarkably low sense of self-preservation. Still absolutely tragic though, 😢

Feels dumb that fish don’t contribute towards your fats. Fish are quite fatty

You know id love to see you do a run like this, with high spawns, high level goals, etc. but just not insanely low custom values, so the speed is actually bearable
