"Not only is he a coercive serial rapist, but he's annoying while he's doing it."
The true crime.

Everyday he morphs a little more into Randy Marsh from south park

The tongue in cheek joke about vitamin companies right after an AG1 ad is hilarious.

Not so fun fact: one of the main members that was a tier below Keith and who was considered one of his closests friends, is the son of one of the worst presidents in México's history. Emiliano Salinas. Both he and his wife (Ludwika Paleta, Polish-Mexican actress, better known for her telenovela work in Televisa) helped recruit naïve women from their "elite" circles into the sect. Since his dad (Carlos Salinas de Gortari) is (unfortunately) one of the richest and most powerful people in the country, the story about his son's involvement was pretty much shadowbanned and shelved as much as possible in every news outlet around México. Don't you just love it when rich people get away with inhumane behavior and face virtually no repercussions about it?

10:18 "specialised in selling vitamins. Which, you know, those companies are alwayd trustworthy." Wendi, my man, you keep peddling AG1 😂

10:29 can‘t trust these vitamin companies. Anyways meet todays sponsor AG1

There’s definitely a special place in hell for people who trick you into a support system only to then use all your insecurities against you

Never in my life did I expect to see Wendi with the Chairman Mao cut, but here we are

Please have the skull return as the show’s red flag 😂
It’s be hilarious to hear you narrating only for a cut to you shaking the head while staring into the camera

The most Ironic thing about the guy who assaulted Raniere was that he also had been arrested on charges of sex trafficking, and was described as a "pimp". So we got pred on pred violence

Can’t wait for Alison Mack’s inevitable crossover with Ned Fulmer’s ‘Rock Bottom Podcast.”

“Do i have anything at all that’s red? No? Guess i’ll just have to use this skull i have lying around”

a family member of mine was in NXIVM, it wasn’t until the arrests we started putting things together.

One day we're gonna find out that AG1 is secretly today's "Soylent Green" 😮

As an s.a. cult survivor, I can tell you right now that the power of normalization of abnormal things over time cannot be overstated. Yeah, the major "plot points" sound insane but what you don't see is the daily, constantly normalization of little things that happen in between. By the time the truly horrific stuff happens, you don't even realize how horrific it is because you're so isolated, so dependent, and so desensitized that you don't even realize it's bad. It's just Tuesday.

Edit: Just got to the end of the video and oof. "Members often say they're acting out of their own free will." The "leader" of the cult I survived never faced charges for what he did to me because I swore up and down to the police and the FBI that it was all willing. It took 7 years of therapy for me to both recognize and be able to voice that crimes had been committed.

By then the statute of limitations was up and the police wouldn't even take a statement. Which, I mean... by then he'd received a 60 yr sentence for the OTHER crimes he'd committed against other victims. So it's fine. But yeah, victims really do defend their cult leaders, even after they've been arrested and the victims are "free."

Couldn’t help but notice the giant self portrait he put up in the background

My favorite YouTuber has arrived to show me more greed-generated, manipulation-driven man-made horrors beyond human comprehension! Yippee!

Wendi looks like a rich dude who would invite an eclectic group of people to a haunted house and give them money if they survived the weekend

28:23 the funny thing is, Mack herself was instrumental in the formation of DOS, and according to Sarah Edmundson, the woman who was one of the very first to bravely came out against the cult in spectacular fashion when showed her brand in the cover photo of an article in a magazine where she gave a tell-all interview, the formation of the group was mostly Alison's idea. That was her brainchild, her baby. Because she herself was spiraling due to a lack of control over her own life because of her subservience to Keith, she then felt compelled to start victimizing other women in order to regain that sense of control. The brand they used on those poor victimized women literally was a combination of her and Keith Raniere's initials. Fuck Allison Mack; yes, she was a victim, in a way, but she was absolutely one of the most heinous perpetrators as well. In my opinion, she's just as culpable as Nancy Salzman and Claire Bronfman.
If anyone wants a really riveting behind the scenes look of what it was like for some of the more prominent members to start waking up and committing to leaving the cult, there's a documentary, made in no small part by the amazing and courageous Mark Vicente and all of the footage he took while being the head of AV and anything film/editing related for the cult. It's called The Vow. Mark, Sarah, Bonnie and so many others risked their lives to get this story out, and their bravery should be honored. Honoring them means not infantilizing Alison Mack or minimizing her massive part in the ongoing suffering and abuse of hundreds of vulnerable people, no matter how she may try to spin things or try to convince everyone she's just as much a victim as all the rest. She was still supporting Keith even after her arrest and only bothered putting on this song and dance of traumatized starlet after she got successfully prosecuted. She should've had the  book thrown at her imo.
Anyway. Thanks to anyone who read all that. This was a special interest/fixation of mine for a good while and seeing Mack change her tune so significantly in an attempt to stilt public opinion in her favor in order to save her own reputation and drum up sympathy makes me ill. She should be rotting in jail, as far as I'm concerned. 3 years was an insult to every victim she shared with Rainiere.
