the fact that this entire community is mourning a bird we have never met just comes to show how awesome the concept of Alveus is. We really do make connections with the animals. Now if we see another blue fronted amazon we will remember Siren. Happy birthday forever Siren, we love you

I'm kind of heartbroken that Siren's ambassador page was taken down. I would really love a "past ambassador" section where deeply loved ambassadors like Siren and Timber can be remembered <3

The green truck showing up to interupt Maya, she's still here 💚

I like to think she's flying again, tail full of new and beautiful green feathers, screaming through the air.

It's okay to cry. I'm a 58 y.o. man who cried when I read the Instagram post. Thoughts to you all. You're the best of the best.

Thank you to all of the Alveus Staff, and of course Maya for adopting and providing such great care to Siren while she was with us. She provided so many wonderful memories to folks all over the world. You folks are truly a blessing.

I like to think that Siren waited it out to see Kayla one last time. Once she saw Kayla one last time she knew it was time and everything would be okay ❤️❤️❤️

I'll always miss Siren yelling over maya and singing happy birthday. You were loved by so many, beautiful girl. You will be so missed <3

It broke me to hear that they brought her back and had never seen that before as a vet. Siren was a fighter 💚

RIP our little green gremlin❤ I can’t imagine how hard it’s going to be to do animal care without hearing her constant screaming, it’ll definitely be weird to not hear her on streams anymore

When I heard the news I IMMEDIATELY thought of Kayla. Of course you’re all feeling it so I’m so sorry to all of you! But my heart instantly went out to Kayla. I hope all of you find support and encouragement in each other in the coming weeks.
