Man, i remember i went to this small comedy club (it was like, the second part of a coffee shop, functioned on tips, and was open on like saturday nights) and the MC who im pretty sure had something to do with the coffee shop had this bit about his kids, and going there off and on for like 5 years, he always used the same bit, same wordings for stuff, same everything. Like, say its a 5 minute standup set, the bit was 2 minutes, either at the beginning or at the end, so he did mix up other parts, but he used the same bit over and over for so long
