✅ Ingredients: (The volume of the glass is 200 ml)
2 eggs
a pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla extract (or 2 tsp vanilla sugar)
80 g sugar (3-4 tbsp)
100 ml milk (1/2 cup)
100 ml sunflower oil (1/2 cup)
200 g flour (1 cup + 1/3 cup)
7 g baking powder (1.5 tsp)

150g cottage cheese or cream cheese
1 tbsp sugar
1 egg

150g frozen berries (I used raspberries)
Bake in the oven for 35 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
Icing sugar
24 cm (9 inch) baking pan
