Allerdings wird auf dem Herd der Boden etwas dunkel und oben ist alles etwas zu hell. Beim nächsten mal probiere ich den Kuchen im Ofen aus.
Übrigens, das Kuchenstück serviert mit einer Kugel Vanilleeis und einem Spritzer Schlagsahne. Köstlich !
