I’m still pissed about Darwin’s death. He was a cool character and if they didn’t need him for the plot, they didn’t have to kill him. They could have put him to sleep. Like oh the damage he sustained knocked him out for a bit and he won’t be able to join them on the mission. Killing him made no sense.
What's messed up about quicksilver's death is the fact that Wanda never made peace with him or saw him. I don't know if there's a deleted scene in multiverse madness, but Wanda should have look for the multiverse version of quicksilver when she was hunting for strange and Chavez then made peace with him. Same goes with Loki, Thor passes Loki cell in endgame and doesn't even stop to make peace with him and appreciate the sacrifice he tried to make for him in the beginning of infinity war. I realize when you die in the MCU, you're not mention or remembered anymore unless you're really important like Tony Stark. But other than that, everybody else is not rememorable.
Tony's death will always hit me hard. That, and Peter Parker turning to dust the movie before, which got even my dad to cry. And he don't cry usually from movies.
Darwin didn’t technically die, he ended up turning into light to “protect himself” which WOULD have been cool if he was brought back as a trump card later in the movie. BUT THEY JUST FLAT OUT FUCKING DELETED HIS CHARACTER. They might as well have not put him in the movie at ALL
6:07 this reminds me of when in “What if” episode 5 season 1, zombie cap throws the shield at Bucky but he grabs the shield at splits him in half. So Captain Carter died to Wanda -> What if -> Marvel Zombies -> Episode 5 “What if” -> Zombie Cap getting cut in half by Bucky
Spiderman’s death is actually the most painful. When thanos snapped, he would usually just fade away and not feel anything, but because of his spidey senses, he felt his body slowly break apart.
Tonys death is probably the rawest. Because even if it caught you by surprise to stop a reaction initially, they devoted the whole dramatic cast meet up funeral scene to drive it home
