I like to make curry too. Sometimes I use Golden Curry brand. Most of the time I just make my own by using curry powder and ginger powder in the oil. Then brown the meat and add whatever veg. I typically use chicken and add some lemon juice and soy sauce. Then at the end I make a cornstarch and water roux to thicken. So good w the rice! I might have to try it with noodles tho. 🍛

Ich liebe Curry auch. Kaufe aber das Fleisch dicker und schneide es in Würfel. Die Paste die du hast habe ich auch. Es gibt sie in verschiedenen Soßen. Meine ist heller und sieht eher wie das Currypulver aus. Schmeckt aber alles gut.
