Hi! I'm Gumi, a Japanese woman living in Osaka, Japan 😊

In Japan, it’s common for women to give chocolate to men on Valentine’s Day.
But recently, the culture of giving chocolate to coworkers, friends, family, and even to yourself has become well established 🤗
In this video, I made truffle chocolates that I used to make often in the past 🍫
This time, I added brandy to give them a more grown-up flavor ✨
They turned out really delicious, so please give them a try!
Wishing you a wonderful Valentine’s Day 😉❤️
