hey all
as homebrewers we always go about thinking how much can i put in, so for a change i decided to try the opposite. how little can i put in to make a passable white cider.
I decided on 5 apples as there cheap and you can buy a pack of apples cheap that contain about the same amount.
just to make things interesting I want to try and have this fermented, settled, bottled and carbonated in around 2 weeks so turbo yeast is my yeast of choice, turbo pure to be exact as i have a pack kicking about.
not the fastest turbo yeast but at 6.5% it should do the job
