4:18 Isle of Man resident here. Yes, they're public roads normally, but the ones used on what they call the Mountain Road, the 37,73 mi track is kept in almost in MotoGP condition.

All men are born equal. I beg to differ....

At some parts of the course they are hitting 200mph+.

The mental strength to get over a bad crash, and seriously injury, that takes some doing to go back and do it again.

TT is insane, especially watching it in person the speed of it is mine boggling

Back in the 1980s my father worked with a guy whose son raced at the Isle Of Man. He didn't die over there but he did later die on a track here in the states. These riders have balls of steel or miss wired brains. Perhaps a bit of both.

15:36 Death himself takes a break at the TT. He stops his job and quietly sits, drinking tea trackside, ,invisibly, saying " nope, not this time, see you here again in 2 years"

He forgot about the Connor Cummins crash

The hardest part about the Isle of man if you want to be a spectator, is accommodation. Or if you want to take a vehicle across to the Isle of man, you need to book pretty near a year in advance.

7:31 this is a VIDEO GAME, in case anyone can't tell. A rider smashing into another like this would get them a murder charge. This game is used throughout this video.

I’ve seen a lot of videos on this race but have never seen this one. As a 45 year motorcycle rider and a 30 year paramedic I absolutely loved this video. Very informative and interesting.

I thought this was more popular, didn't realize people didn't know about this. At least in my circle we talk about it from time to time

This year (so far) was 1 rider at TT and other 3 riders in diferent events. Road races is deadly...

I've now ridden bikes for over 50 years thankfull without any serious injuries. Any ridder who has done the TT has my deepest respect.

The guys racing here are genuinely some of the most insane and brave Motorsports participants, in my opinion. At least rallying has a roll cage...

No one talks about the emergency response bike that rides along with them. They don't go at race pace but they're still booking it. That guy is the real hero

Watched a interview with John McGuiniss winner of 23 tt races, said he gets really angry with people that comment the riders have a death wish, which is way far from the case.

There’s a video called “Closer to the Edge “that is well worth watching, also take a look at the video about Conner Cummings, in particular his accident where he was on the mountain section and left the road and his bike as he tumbled down the hillside.

OMG and holding your breath while watching a hot lap is the cost of admission to watch. Built different is just not saying enough, this is epic man and machine at one and it is some rarified air that the riders breath that take on this monster of a course.
