When i saw that Clayton was in this i thought for sure he was going to be the one to die, not his niece.

@30:07 so we're gonna pretend like we didn't see a Nathan Drake cameo lol 😂

We’re not done fighting the grubs, not by a long shot, we’re gonna finish this once and for all soon

When James died my heart fucking dropped. Del isn’t really a memorable character.

r.i.p. james or del

So the next game will not have any Pheonix's or they will have to answer which death is canon.

30:25 It's funny to me that they looked at JD as if he was some kind of monster, but in reality he was following a very realistic protocol.

If there's a unauthorized protest and the civilian are getting rowdy, then it's the jobs of the local authorities or in COG's case Military Police force/Patrol Units to defuse any potential conflicts amongst civil unrest.

However if the civilian is armed with a weapon of any kind (weapon in question Incendiaries) with Malicious intent, then for their own safety lethal force is required.

He did what needed to be done, and if they understood how military worked they should know that.
Is it some ugly business? You bet your ass it is!
Was it the right call? They weren't unarmed, they were throwing bombs so unfortunately it was the right call.

Can't say I can relate to the story, Kait is a rather bland character to be the main protagonist for the next game. A newer generation

(Spoilers)

I am warning you.

Ha! gottcha

(Real Spoilers)

a choice ending is a bad ending, it's asking, which character are you more invested in. The Premise is supposed to be impactful but its depth is shallow, it's like throwing a rock across a pond but only that the rock is small you hardly notice it flicking through. honestly, this game could use better story beats and missions. this new real race of locust almost reskinned.
