The Lambent then launch a surprise attack on the ship, which leaves Michaelson dead and Prescott mortally wounded. Before dying, Prescott gives Marcus an encryption to the disc that Colonel Hoffman has and reveals that his father, Adam Fenix, is still alive but captive on Azura, a secret COG base. putting an ad after Dom's death should be a federal crime

I know 1 is the classic that gets the most love in the franchise but for my money 3 is the best game in the series.

Having Anya take Doms place in the first cut scene was a sign of the sacrifice to come and how Anya was his recovery after losing a close friend.

If Dom's sacrifice wasn't heartbreaking enough, I can imagine him shouting, "Hang on, kids! Daddy's coming home!"

Chariman Prescott showing back up right at the beginning of the campaign wasnt what surprised me most when I first played this. It was that he still somehow has 2 Onxy Guard soldiers with him with how easily they seem to die for being the COGs elite special forces.

They need to remaster gears of war 2 and 3 by far the best gears of war games

If there's any game series to give you the feels, it's Gears of War.
Everyone has lost something; their homes, their families, their friends, but against all odds, Marcus' allies are there to keep him going.

16:30 I like that Marcus is nice to the survivors and other soldiers who put the effort in and mercilessly cruel to Prescott for abandoning them.A good leader recognises who deserves it and who doesn't.

I can’t wait for Gears E-day I feel like it’s going to make Dom’s death even the more tragic.

Alright I'm gonna sound weird but I randomly wanted to watch the full campaign of Gears 3 and GLP uploads it like MINUTES before I wanted to watch it😂 that's wild! Good shit man!

1:30:41 I believe that this moment.. IN THE WHOLE OF THE GEARS FRANCHISE, is the only thing I've ever seen Marcus Fenix do anything close to laughing.

Also, between this video and GoW2, I appreciate ur attempts to use the various different weapons in the game. There's a sweet headshot u took that I nodded approvingly at. One with the normal pistol, and one with the sniper rifle.

ALSO also, noticed u prefer the Hammerburst. Fun fact, it shoots precisely at the rate of ur fingers. U pull the trigger faster, it shoots faster.

(I'm a veteran COG soldier 😊)

They almost had us on that Carmine snipe. Luckily his headgear was reinforced.

Thank God for Anya being there for Marcus at throughout this because without her after losing his Dom and than his father Marcus seriously would've 86 himself out of depression.
