so for the invite they told us the band wouldnt even be there, it was so cryptic!! 😂 he wasnt there; they had his suit and mask in a glass case that we were staring at while listening to the song and it was such an unreal experience, it was so cool!!

Fearless in the verses and pre-chorus. Angel Wings in the chorus.

Gonna be honest I have this weird thing with presidents music where I don’t love the song but on the third listen I become dangerously addicted to it. Didn’t like this song at first and now just like every song they’ve released I’m addicted to listening to it.

Aren't you living in Portugal now? Come to Vilar de Mouros Festival to see President live!

Man, I'm still pretty stunned with the turnaround I've had for this band. The first few singles put me off so hard even just musically, not even getting into any of the other discourse around the band, but I've been genuinely enjoying the last buncha singles. This is a really fun track.

The vocal processing is strange because I saw them live with bad omens in Baltimore and there was no processing and it sounds amazing

I'm very much similar to you, I don't mind PRESIDENT, and dark heaven is quite catchy and they aren't doing too much with it so it's one of the better ones - Angel Wings > Doom Loop > dark heaven > Mercy
