We will see, I’m getting close, feeling flat and not bulging out of my dress shirts as much as, still filling out a large in the upper torso but I can see the extra room developing in my clothes and 99% of people see me in clothes. I do look absolutely massive in comparison with the right shirtless poses, gunna finish out the whole thing but as of right now I’m looking forward to bulking again 😂 is still alot of pros but just in public my confidence is lower due to not looking like a physical force as much.

20% body fat is not lean my friend 10% body fat is lean. I’m a 56-year-old triathlete with 8% body fat that’s lean.

S T A G E S O F L O O K I N G UD
Stage 1: You lose the muffintop and actually start to see your waist, under 25% body fat
Stage 2: Your stomach isn’t hanging past your PP anymore and when you put on a shirt you don’t have the belly sticking out much, 20% body fat
Stage 3: You finally have reached the beginning of where it gets good, once you reach mid teens ,(15-16%) will always be there regardless of pump or lighting or weather etc, definition coming in, abs starting to surface slightly, muscle separations and shapes become more prominent. 15-16% body fat
Stage 4: This is the best balance for naturals, since muscle fullness isn’t at risk at this stage while also having great definition. You will have lots of definition, tight waist, muscle separations, abs more prominent with maybe a slight lower body fat and some annoying last pinch back fat. 12-13% body fat
Stage 5: If you want to look your absolute best and have already gone through multiple bulks to gain mass, have good to great genetics and are dedicated, at this range you are pretty much maxed out in everything needed for a great physique as I listed. This range is, 8-10% body fat. To maintain this eat at least 80 grams of fat daily for hormones, walk 12-15k steps daily, cardio added in 2-3 week as well, have solid muscle mass and you can stay here. If you have elite genetics, aim for 8%, great genetics aim for 9% and good genetics you will be fine at 10%. For those who can’t stay here without side effects, aim for 12% body fat. However aesthetics are maxed out between 8-10% in my opinion, 12% is the highest I would reccommend. I stay at 9-11% year round and I always do mini cuts every 4-5 months to bring myself down to lower end
