This channel is such a reality check.

Bro this is too true I am on my lean journey, and I work at a grocery store stocking. No lie I see over 1000+ people a day and anytime I see a lean person its like seeing a damn unicorn. Also you are right the goofiness never stops every other day they are giving out free cakes and cookies in our break room.

The fact that you emphasize a calorie deficit plus high protein and heavy weights has cleared a lot of “mental fat“ for me in regards to fitness. I’m trying to play the long game with this now. Thanks so much for your videos and insights.

Coworker literally just offered me donuts while listening tho this… Get that shit out my face. I said I’m ok thank you. Mf proceeds to say you sure smh hahah

I have gone in 3 different grocery stores this week, different chains. The first thing you walk past at each store is a table of  cake and donuts.

I have a director at work who has been extremely lean. Medium muscle, nothing crazy though. But even then every time he comes into a meeting room everyone shuts up and looks at him. Everyone is interested what he has to say. You can say “oh, it’s simply because he’s a director” and it’s true to an extent. We have other directors who are not treated like that. Body game is really the current meta in life

I was walking by a mcds drive thru getting my steps in and i heard a guy telling the loudspeaker, "let me get a extra hashbrown with my meal!" Reminded me of who i used to be before shifting my identity.

It’s rare to see a truly lean person even in the gym!
I thought most people in my gym looked good, but the leaner I got over a few months I started to notice the big stomachs.

People want to diet down for 3 months but they do not understand they would need to follow this lifestyle for the rest of their life.

Bellyless Gang 💪🏾🔒

I was at a church event.  All the real bros had guts

Its crazy, man. I thought i was kinda lean before at around 16% bodyfat.

I’m probably like 12% bodyfat now and I feel like an anomaly when I walk around. You do start to see other people differently when you are lean yourself. Can’t wait to get to a solid 10% bodyfat.

People need to touch grass and go outside. Most of the world population is either obese or overweight. There are more pregnant men than women these days. Belly’s are getting bigger and bigger. Every time I go out I see like 2 or 3 lean people. I live in New York.

“I’ve tried everything”, except the most important action consistently.

Fad diets, detoxing and random supplements are not a plan for long term success.

Imagine eating Crumbl and taking GLP-1 lol

There's Core Power in the airports now! We'll take the small wins! lol

Luther telling it like it is.Excellent episode !

My cutting meal is Gyundon. It’s a Japanese beef and rice dish that you can make in a rice cooker.  I literally only ate this for three meals a day four months and I got to 10%.  It’s so good. I actually looked forward to every single meal and never cheated.

Love This Bro.  I’m a male.  Late 50’s @ 13.0% BFP.   Agree with everything you said.

In 2016, I was 25% plus BFP.

I have enjoyed the health transformation and changed my entire lifestyle.    I live a healthy lifestyle in every aspect.  🎯

Man when I go grocery shopping I go down the same aisle and the same store. Stay locked in
