I can so relate to this. One of my favorite (not at the time) memories was when my oldest son was just learning time and we were driving to our camp site where we hunt deer each year. It is about 115 miles from where we live, so it takes a little over 2 hours to get there. Almost the entire ride, he would lean over in his car seat and look at the clock. "It's 7:30 daddy. It's 7:31. 7:32. 7:33.......Daddy, it's 7:35." On and on. Not quite every minute, but close. The thing is, just when you were ready to yell SHUT UP! he would do it again, and we would just crack up.

Louis Ck was absolutely true when he was saying his wife was expecting another child. He had another girl shortly after this stand up. They are now 18 and 16.

my son tried to pull that temper tantrum tactic when we were in a food court at the mall one day.....
so I did one too.... maybe ten.... possibly a hundred times bigger..... I threw a total fit about kids throwing fits..... took it to the most ridiculous, absurd levels I could.....
one of best choices I ever made..... worked like a dream..... never had that problem ever again....
also one of the few standing ovations I've ever received.... no please... don't get up.... oh no you're embarrassing me... please sit... you're gonna make me cry... I'd like to thank the academy.
