Ingredients:
450 ml (1.9 cups) warm milk.
1 teaspoon salt.
20 g (1 tablespoon) sugar.
7 g (2 teaspoons) dry yeast.
1 egg white.
30 ml vegetable oil.
700 g (5.3 cups) flour.

For the filling:
500 g potatoes.
Salt.
170 g cheese.

For the greasing:
1 egg yolk.
2 tablespoons milk.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C (356 F) for 20 minutes.
Oven settings: top and bottom heat.
