Finally someone who gets it. Like, Sam doesn't owe you anything. Don't like the music, go listen to something else and stop calling Sam out for being shit just because this isn't your style. Probably doesn't help his voice with everyone hating on it all the time and increasing that performance anxiety. Gives me later Linkin Park album vibes with the levels of abuse, not knowing what Chester was going through. At the end of the day, he is just a human.

Yes Josh, you are the only who gets it. A true fan and and amazing human. I appreciate you❤

Architects meets Bad Omens - I'm here for it :)

I love this previous and last album. And I'm on this new song. It's a banger, catchy and cool as you've said. Architects is alive and sounds different. I think is good as well.

This is different and I love old Architects but I also love this.

Glad to see someone who share the same vision as mine. Thanks for existing, Longlive Architects

I listened to this, wanting to see people's reaction to this song, and I am so glad you've told the truth. I saw them last year on their album cycle tour, and then download this year and I had hoped the tour was a one off but download was the turning point for me that Sam cannot do architects love anymore, and I absolutely said the same that the change of direction was for this exact reason. I took love architects. They have been my favourite for a long, long time. So it's sad for me but understandable how many years he's been doing this. I wasn't ready for the change last time when they released for those that wish to exist, but I understand it now and I'm happy he has found a way to enjoy the fruits of his labour.

I appreciate your honesty and have gained a subscriber because of this.

Keep it up

Architects building up to that heavy bridgedown. Living up to their name.

Such a banger and a dope video too.

Been on the Architects train since 2016....love the journey and now this! I love the NIN inspiration and the video is 🔥🤯🔥 The lyrics and the message is right on the pulse as ususal....LOVE THE ARCHITECTS!!

I thought a softer song was a strange choice after dropping Broken Mirror as the last single off their previous album, but I didn't know Sam was having a mental block with his screams, so it makes more sense. As for the song itself, I wouldn't count it among my favorite Architects, but it is still very good. Very satisfying melody. The breakdown felt like a breakdown for a breakdown's sake, though. It felt out of place in the song. I would have liked for them to find something different to do in its place.

I have to say that the live experience and recordings of them are so different. I was at the o2 show in october last year and he sounded great! This song is such a grower btw, can’t stop listening to it!!

Architects is my favorite band of all time. Holy hell and FTTWTE are two of my favorite albums ever.... I hate this song on first listen. It's growing on me though. I need to hear it in the context of an album. I hated "everything ends" when it came out but then on full album listens it works. I hope this is that.

Sam sounded incredible when i seen them in 2018

first song I heard of theirs and love it but now listening to their old stuff I can understand why people might not like this

Very well said. I loved the song. Yea it’s different, but people/bands change and evolve over time and there’s nothing wrong with that. I love what they’re doing

The Sky, the Earth, and All Between is such a good album. Probably my #2 of that year behind Novelist's CODA.

I absolutely LOVE IT. Its so different. Most new music in this era is all the same. Rah rah chorus breakdown rah rah. Keep killing it Sam. 🖤

I get it. And it became so clear when we saw them live in Manchester on the tour last year. The Sam Carter that sings the opening of Elegy is not the same man who screams the rest of the song. Apart from the lows. Even the lows he uses to replace the highs. His lows are phenomenal. I would have no problem crowning him the king of gutturals at all. They are crushing. But he can't seem to do the high stuff. It is interesting to finally know why, I'm gonna seek that interview out.

This song fucking slaps. And if this is the direction they need to take, I'm fully on board 🖤

Love them and everything they put out. I don't know why some many critics, it's unfair for a band that has been through a lot. I enjoy every single release
